Shower Pan Reconstruction

Corrective rebuild of two tiled showers with improperly sloped drains, down to the subfloor.

Two tiled showers had been built with insufficient drain slope, leaving standing water after every use. The floor tile, wall tile course, and existing pan/substrate were removed, the subfloor and framing were modified for proper pitch, and a new waterproof base was installed before matching tile was reinstalled and finished throughout both showers.
